The Friends and Volunteers hosted their Author’s Tea at the Flanders Hotel on May 4, 2023. Local author, Laura Quinn, was the featured speaker. She discussed her writing process and the first book of her planned three part series, Thicker Than Water. The sold out event featured a delicious meal, updates and developments regarding the library and the presentation by the keynote speaker.
