
How do I get a ticket? Tickets will be sold ONLINE ONLY at oceancitylibrary.org/calendar. Click on September 6 Ticket Sale for Fall Author Luncheon. Link to purchase tickets will go live September 6 at 6:00 PM. Follow these steps to purchase tickets. Go to oceancitylibrary.org/calendar. Click on September 6 Author Luncheon. You will be directed to the author information page. Click where it says HERE. That will link you to the site for our sale. There is a pull-down window for the number of tickets (1 – 10). It will prompt you to fill in your information – name, telephone number, e-mail address, payment method and any dietary restrictions. Once you have purchased your tickets you will be sent your receipt and ticket download which can be printed for event day entry. Prior to the luncheon you will also be sent your table assignment.
How many tickets may one person purchase? One individual may purchase up to ten tickets.
How do I pay for tickets? Payment using the ONLINE system is by credit card only.
Why am I not given my table assignment when I purchase my ticket? Since tables are assigned, committee members need to organize the room to best utilize the space. Your table assignment will be emailed to you. If you are receiving table assignments for a group, we ask that you inform the individuals of the table number assignment to avoid confusion on the day of the luncheon.
Are there any accommodations made for dietary requirements? On the ONLINE system, you can include any serious food allergies. The Flanders will try its best to accommodate you if given notice ahead of time. If necessary, please contact Kathy two weeks prior to the October 10th event. Call or text 609-330-5386.
