The Ocean City Primary School Third Grade Literature Club gathered after school on Tuesday, October 28th, for their first meeting of the 2025-26 school year. Led by teacher, Peg Dunner, students were excited to dive into the well loved chapter book, “The Worst Best School Year Ever” by Barbara Robinson. All who attended were gifted with a hand made bookmark kindly provided by F & V member, Carla Heist, and The Jersey Cape Atlantic Chapter of the Embroiderer’s Guild of America. The Literature Club will meet bi-monthly to read and discuss a variety of children’s titles.

The F & V and the Ocean City Free Public Library Board hosted the annual author’s luncheon at the Flanders Hotel on October 9th. New York Times bestselling author, Fiona Davis, was the guest speaker.
