Answers to some frequently asked questions…

How do I get a ticket? Tickets will be sold in person only in the library atrium on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

How many tickets may one person purchase? One individual may purchase up to ten tickets.

May I use a credit card or purchase tickets online? Payment is accepted in Cash or Checks (made payable to Friends & Volunteers of the OCFPL) only. We do not accept credit cards. Tickets must be purchased in person in the library atrium on September 8, 2023 between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Why am I not given my table assignment when I purchase my ticket? Since tables are assigned, committee members need to organize the room to best utilize the space. You are asked to bring a stamped, self-addressed envelope so that your table assignment can be mailed to you. If you are receiving table assignments for a group, we ask that you inform your friends of the table number you have been assigned when you receive it to avoid confusion on the day of the luncheon.

Are there any accommodations made for food allergies? Please let us know if you have any serious food allergies. The Flanders will try its best to accommodate you if given notice ahead of time. If necessary, please contact Debbie at least one week prior to the October 5th event to allow enough time to make the needed arrangements. Call or text 609-602-9450.
